- Thanks for purchasing our products from the Four Wheel Drive Club of WA.
- In order to be eligible for a refund the following must be done:
- The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of your purchase; and
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in anyway, unless that damage was caused prior to you receiving the items. Note – Proof of damage must be produced.
- After we receive the item, it will be inspected by the Merchandising Officer or a member of the Executive Committee.
- Your money will then be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For credit card refunds it may take 5 – 10 business days for this to occur.
- If the product has been damaged by you, no refund will be given.
- If the 30 days have expired, no refund will be given unless you can demonstrate a valid reason for doing so.
